Locking in Bans/Champions

Okay just a rant but...seriously how long has it been since the new champion select was released? With every patch it seems it resets the "remember you must lock in your bans....blah blah blah" message that you have to click okay to. Why is it so hard for people to do? If you can't commit to paying attention in the champion select you shouldn't start up a game.

Seems like tonight it's just dodge after dodge on ranked....guess it's normals for me tonight [slayer-jinx-unamused]
