New armor item concepts!
Atmas Compass (yes Atmas) 800 gold (builds out of cloth armor)
stats: 10 + (scrap metal) armor
Magnetic attraction: attracts scrap metal with a radius of 200 + (10 per scrap metal)
Unique passive: Enemy siege minions, large monster, champions, and epic monsters drop scrap metal when killed.
From here this item has two different build paths
Atmas Mega Magnet!!! 2700 gold
Stats: 40 + (scrap metal) armor 400 Health + (scrap metal) 10% cooldown reduction
Magnetic attraction: attracts scrap metal with a radius of 200 + (10 per scrap metal) (max 1000)
Unique passive: Enemy siege minions, large monster, champions, and epic monsters drop scrap metal when killed.
Unique passive: Increases item auras by (10 per scrap metal) (max plus 400) (excludes itself)
Unique passive: Gain 10% move speed when moving towards enemy champions within Magnetic attraction radius. Enemies within Magnetic attraction radius are slowed by 10%
Active: Lets out a pulse Magnetic attraction radius which slows and grounds enemies. 80 second cooldown

Magnetic attraction: attracts scrap metal with a radius of 200 + (10 per scrap metal) (max 1000)

Unique passive: Gain 15% move speed when moving towards allies.
Toggle on: Gain 15% move speed when moving towards enemy champions within Magnetic attraction radius.
Toggle off: Gain 15% move speed when moving away from enemy champions within Magnetic attraction radius.
Hextech shock: Your first basic attack against an enemy champion deals 50-125 + (Scrap metal) bonus magic damage. (40 second cooldown, Shared with other hextech items)
