CPU probelms

When i'm at the loading screen of a match and i have 100% loaded suddenly my CPU decreses to 0% (only in LOL), and the game tells me that i have disconected and i can't come back (even if i restart the PC).And then obviously i get long queue. What can i do? Thanks.
