Can Zilean get a buff?
So zilean mid game is good but he tends to fall off late, and his early game is terrible his qs do almost no damage. Can his early qs do a little more or lower the amount of mana w uses. Early hes just bad.

lol umm he does not ever fall off . your build is just not good . i get it he really has no keystones that work well on him which is why i run deathfire touch.
Can we buff assassins because they fall off late too
Hes not supposed to do high damage with all the utility he has, his q only has low base damage and decent scaling, his ult is pretty great.
Zilean cannot carry alone, whoever else is doing better or almost as good as him needs to be by his side at all times. He can turn an int feeder into a suicide bomber and a death into a bunch of wasted spells from the enemy team.
I play a lot of Zilean and I think you just expect him to be too many things. He's not supposed to be a hypercarry so of course he can't compete in damage with Cassiopeia or most mids but his utility makes up for it. Moreover, he's not good into any comp or matchup. He's a lot like Kassadin. You pick him situationally. He's no Ahri. I don't think he's truly in need of a buff but his early game farming is definitely frustrating.
As someone who plays a lot of zilean, zilean comes off to me as having a really strong late game.
If zilean was to get a buff, an empowered auto attack would be nice. But even then that might be too much.
