Darius Balancing

, this guy, gets buffed repeatedly. If he gets even a single kill he snowballs uncontrollably, my team ( ) attempted to 1v5 him, to which he proceeded to penta us, leaving the engagement with 25% and all 6 of us started at 100%, someone (from riot preferable) please explain how he keeps getting buffs and now he's to the point that in every game i see him the team with him auto wins, literally, i have not seen a Darius lose since his the patch.
