How do you get out of Bronze?

Is there anyone that was bronze and preferably a mid laner that knows how to get out? Please give me tips as I have never before experienced it and the experience of playing my first ranked game in bronze (initially placed silver 5) after placing bronze 3 was quite traumatizing. The people I play with are so bad, and I can tell, but I don't know what to do especially when their top or adc gets fed. Thanks!

Do some research into some guides. Check out r/summonerschool on reddit. Watch an informative youtuber, E.G. stonwall008 (not someone who does clickbatey shit like Jeremy Gaming Curios)

How do you get out of Bronze?

Getting better at the game and winning is usually the recommended method.

Micro/macro mechanics Map awareness/pressure Positioning Builds/counterbuilds Knowing Lane matchups Objective control/warding Trading damage/ability combos Knowing enemy capabilities Rotating correctly Knowing powerspikes via level/item Team composition/synergy Gifting Summoner FooDang skins CS CS CS Pushing objectives CS Destroying Nexus

Being proficient and applying these things I listed above assist in helping you climb higher in rank. GL

I dunno if this will help as someone who started b1 and ended s4 last season ( cut me some slack i started in july) and placed b2 (now b1)

Get someone who can wave clear really well ex xerath- allows you to stall out the game long enough for your team to get strong if they get behind obviously be decent at your champion be super positive - keeps people off tilt, or at the very least more willing to stay in the game ping ping dont feed- dont be scared to lose cs if you are weak back when you get low unless there is a good reason not to PING dont be scared to roam if you see a good play ping before you get there shove in before you roam PING shove in if anything happens to your laner unless your really low look at the minimap did i mention PING danger ping dont be scared to dodge games that are lost tell your teamates what they are doing wrong in a NICE way lest they afk or run it down Position well- do NOT walk into melee range of the enemy in teamfights ward

Play custom games or norms with higher ranked friends and take something from them, even if you get stomped

Okay I'll give some more specific tips than these dudes:

In season 7 I played ranked all season and there are 2 things that mainly got me from bronze 5 to Silver 5.

  1. Play roaming champs. TF is a great start if you can use his ultimate effectively. I personally played mainly Talon mid/Kled top and that worked pretty well for me. Being able to get a lead in lane (by abusing those champs' early power) and snowballing it into other lanes with roams gets the whole team ahead and makes it super easy to carry a lot of games.

  2. Okay, imagine a picture of a person shooting a deer (we'll just say for hunting purposes) while the bullet is still in the air. Now imagine over the guy it says "you". Imagine over the bullet it says "morale". And over the deer it says "my teammates". You need to literally shoot morale into your teammates' assholes to get them in a good mindset to win. Here are some lines that I love:

"Just stall for late game, we'll win fights!" "You'll be useful later on, just farm and get strong!" "You're doing well on [insert anything they're mildly doing well on], keep it up!" "We're winning on [generally kills/towers], we can win off that lead!"

You can say any of these even if they're not necessarily true, and it will usually still work. I've saved myself from multiple feeders just from saying these kinds of things.

Also the occasional "?" in all chat to tilt the enemies is always a plus if need be ;)

Good luck brotha!

PS: Don't look at this account, it's my second one. My first one got memed. You'll just have to take my word for it that I got to silver.
