Free Champions

When will Riot make all champion free to play.Its been many years now and the champions is continue growing in number and is hard for new players so i would consider to make them free for everyone or at least lower the IP price or raise the IP drop after you win a game you have to make it fair Riot.I hope this will change in the near future because i see that the focus of Riot is not on this topic and is never discuss on their cummunity so i think the time is come to do something or the game would be hard for the new players to continue playing.They make new champions every month so right now they are working on opposite direction with that topic. I hope this change!!
