Quality of life changes: Ekko

I'll be the first to admit I'm not a game developer, but I thought of a small change to Ekko's Q that I thought would be nice and simple. The idea being that once his Q expands (after reaching max range or hitting a champion) you can recast Q to make it return to Ekko early. I don't know if this would make his Q to strong, I just thought it would be a good way to make one of his main damage sources more reliable.

Let me know what you think as well as any other change suggestions.
