Where did the Tribunal go and how long does Maintenance take?

It was removed in favor of a robot overlord that judges all the cases, the robot is a big fan of AFKs, feeders, and terrorist duo ques that take advantage of the fact that there are 2 of them vs 3 individuals. The robot is however gay, with a transgender robot friend, and therefor hates all people who call others homophobic slurs. The robot has also adopted many children of differing ethnic backgrounds, so it really dosnt care for racial slurs either.

This robot will not let us foolish humans judge eachother, and thus the fall of the Tribunal has come to pass, and the rise of the Robunal has come upon us.

I think it was promised to be a temporary maintenance, and Tribunal would be back and better than ever.
