Zilean and yorick ult interactions ?

Let's assume those two are in the same team. Now it's pretty obvious that if zilean ults someone and the die they come back to life as if nothing had happened and then yorick can ult them for his own ult effect.

What if yorick ults someone first ? And when they come back to life for that limited amount of time and zilean ults them ? Will they come back for good ?
