The rework from a bronze tank player

There are lot changes that went into 7.9. Three of my main champs got rework and I feel like I lost touch with them. Sejuani can't save a team with a five man prison anymore. I feel lost on the rift. I feel like why even play them anymore if I have to spend the game playing them than the game itself.Maokai Sejuani Zac all didn't need reworks. Sejuani was fun for me and saved my ass a few times.

A question is a point of adding on a champ that is supposed to be easy. are we trying to reward the new player that plays her for the first time or the higher skilled players that overlook them ? or was it a way to nerf them all and call them new?

They weren't reworked for balance. They were reworked for fantasy and power budget.

Sejuani's old ultimate took all of her power budget. Her normal kit could not be strong while she had her old ultimate, and it's left her in a poor state for a long time because she cannot stand against early power junglers. Now she can.

The reworks are fine. They need fine tuning (Which can only be done with live game data), and more work, but it's the foundation for a better Sejuani, Zac, and Maokai.
