Can Elise Mains help me get better?

Hey, so I'd like to learn to With . I've been playing her for a while but I've been doing terribly.

I've been playing league for a year or so, I've been jungling ever since. I know how to jungle, with junglers like amumu, vi, etc. but for some reason, I can't with elise. my clears are okay, I go Blue>Wolfs>Red & then gank at 3 minutes. The problem is, my ganks are beyond horrible. I gank in human form, E>W>Q (Go into spider form) E>Q>W

My laners always seem to engage too early or too late. that, or the enemy is standing behind minions and I can't stun them in human form. I'd really appreciate if Elise mains would help me out here on things like:

Clear paths, Ganking, What's my role in teamfights as elise, and what's a good build? I tend to go , then sell Junglers item for or another tank item (I build nashors mainly for the cdr, but i also find the AS good.) Am i doing it wrong?
