From the start of this season riot promise some buff to heimerdinger after his RQ nerf if he was struggling, viktor if the buff wasn't enough they could buff his E cd too, karthus if he was struggling so hard and the ult dmg wasn't enough(stopwatch meta) and lissandra who takes ages to get his passive change (actually now she will get it but everytime that ahri change get pulled off from pbe it take another patch...). Actually this 4 champ are struggling so hard in SoloQ. Fiddlesticks got some trouble too which that the buff wasn't enough for his jungle role and his identity as mid laner goes away. I know balancing champ is something hard to make (maybe they could become again op like ezreal or the meta swap make em in a good place) but this 4 (5 with fiddle) was in a bad spot before preseason (just heimer was going well) and now they're again in a bad spot.
