Suggestion: Option to change cursor size in-game

I have a 27" 4k display and when I use anything close to my native resolution my cursor size shrinks to a near-impossible to see size. It's not terrible in the laning phase as I can still see the arrows when I right click, but when I'm getting ganked or during a teamfight I lose sight of my cursor among the multitude of abilities and from trying to kite (poorly, I might add). I've tried turning on color-blind mode, turning down my resolution, playing in windowed and borderless mode, turning off eye candy, everything. Nothing seems to give me a larger cursor size or make it easier to see.

I'm aware that I could probably do this with third party software but I've heard stories of permabans for altering files. I've been playing since season 1 and that would be a ridiculous way to get banned after all these years. This issue puts players such as myself at a disadvantage for simply having a larger/higher resolution display and that feels unfair to me.

Riot Skeletor suggested I post here (I'm new on the message boards and I'm on mobile so if I can take him/her, I have no idea how) and maybe another rioter could help with my issue I've been having, so thank you Skeletor for the suggestion!

Please help. Anything will do. I used to love playing Casseiopia and now I cant even come close to playing her correctly. :(
