WOULD LEAGUE BE A FAST PACED GAME GOOD OR BAD? WHAT ARE RIOT'S THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS QUESTION?

I wonder if you guys from RIOT GAMES are thinking about some changes to League of Legends overall gameplay. Not like other games, LOL is slow paced game that sometimes gives a lot of frustration to the players, even in competitive mode and in have fun mode. By being slow paced, league is being played less often and has less and less players. Even playing for fun is frustrating the fact that you think of a build to do and usually that build doesnt work because is off meta and you get completely destroyed by the enemy team and by the game lasting so long, it feels like a torture losing a game of 30-40 minutes(the average amount of my games I dont surrender). In league is very hard to shut down someone that is fed, even having just 2 or 3 kills ahead because if you are behind, there is almost no way to kill that fed guy. In PBE there is "One For All" mode and it has a fast paced game that minions worth more gold and you get more xp and you start lvl 3, in this mode, people buy all kinds of items since support items to ap burst, ap poke, crit, lethality,etc... In that same mode there can always be a comeback if the enemy team thinks smart and farms a little bit( minions worth more gold, items are bought faster and game ends quickly) and is SO MUCH fun not just because of having five of the same champ. At some time, league players wondered why you brought URF less often and the argument was "because it attracts people to play, the numbers rise and when URf ends, league loses a lot more players because URF feels like and fast paced mode and feels like playing with cheats" and this argument just helped me understanding my position. By these facts i see that throwing away the "Fast-paced" game is throwing away league's light and players. My question is: "Will you think about this problem? Do you have any plans for it?
