Just noticed a thread here in Gameplay about Ahri, Is Rakan also bugged?

Made a thread where I was discussing the state of When someone said he noticed ult was acting weird

Ahri and Rakan both have a charm ability

Could charm be broken?

I myself saw nothing and tested nothing out Just heard this from other sources After I can confirm these sources I can post it in the report a bug forum
