Renekton buff

So Recently Renekton got buffed in patch 9.8 i believe and i want to hear your guys opinion i feel like lately tanks top have been having a hard time which sucks when i tend to play shen sion or ornn so what do you think, do you think that the buff was needed or should others be nerfed instead to bring tanks back?
