Please Riot make Sunfire Cape purchasable on Evelynn

Sunfire is an excellent item in fights for Evelynn, it gives greats defensive stats and its magic dot benefit from her ability to stick to enemies and magic pen from abyssal/liandry but it's impossible to buy this item on her because its aoe magic damage hits minions and monsters so it breaks her stealth, and when she is not stealthed it resets her passive's timer.

So please Riot make these changes so we can use this item without totally ruining her gameplay: -Sunfire doesn't deal any damage when Evelynn is stealthed (and so doesn't reveal her) -Dealing damage with sunfire cape does not reset her stealth's timer, otherwise you cannot restealth if you are near minions after a fight. Let's say for example that you are chased and you need your W to run away, after 6s you restealth as long as you don't take/deal any damage even if minions/monsters are on your way. Sunfire ruins that by preventing you to restealth as long as you are near minions/monster and so it limits your ability to escape.
