Urgot is good (topgot of course)

Gunna be quick. Yes Urgot lost his mana pots and yes some of his early masteries that worked well for him early are gone. Oh well. After receiving sound advice from other Urgot mains (yes there a a few of us around), I feel Urgot is very strong and I look foward to another year of Urgot.

Masteries your keystone is deathfire touch. It does good damage do to Urgot's combo, and you always have the damage available compared to thunderlords. Oppressor, Vamprism, Feast. The rest are straight forward. Take whatever else you feel comfortable with.

What do you do against tanky champs who cause you to guzzle mana and they have built in sustain?

Hey isn't Urgot an executioner? Your opponents have no right to sustain anymore. This is highly mana effiecient. for tanky champs, and for squishy champs . It is the only item's passive I can overlook (increase attack speed? ewww increase movement speed? very nice and flat armour pen).

Runes?

I run Chimalpopica's setup flat armour pen Quints and marks. 6 flat cdr glyphs, 3 mana regen glyphs, 9 mana regen seals. Works for me in gold, works for him in diamond. There you go. May your next acid hunter lock on.
