An idea on how to actually balance Aatrox

So this is an idea I was toying with, about how to make champions like Aatrox, Vlad, WW, and others who are based around healing be strong, Without being broken due to their healing.

Lets remove lifesteal from items, and have it only be part of champion kits. Alright hear me out here on this, Aatrox niche is to be a drain tank, and just to continually fight on the brink of his life (Like Olaf,) and to keep sustaining unless properly focused. But, we got an item 3123 which utterly negates all the healing, so there goes the healing niche. But lets say GW is removed, or only part of kits, Then champions like Yasuo can buy a vampiric, and end up healing 300-400 per auto, PER AUTO, while Aatrox has to hit 3 times for half that heal, with half the damage, and half the mobility/survival. Every champion can just buy a DD or BT and become a drain tank, basically making the niche of Aatrox as THE drain tank, essentially worthless.

So if we made Lifesteal/Spellvamp and Grievous Wounds only around kits, imagine how much balanced they could be. You would pick Kata, Morg, Varus (and other champions who have GW) to deal with them, and not just buy a cheap 800g item that essentially removes x champion from the game.

(Maybe could do same thing with Armor Pen %?)
