whoever nerfed ldr should rethink about what they did, tank are already so fucking op and you keep nerfing adc's you scumbags.

You are EXTREMELY late on this one pal.
They "nerfed" LDR to keep it roughly at the same power level. Think about what else happened that patch (which was a while ago...). They increased armor values while cutting raw HP values from armor items. This in isolation would make LDR stronger because now that % armor pen is worth more. You can see this if you would've actually read the patch notes, it is right above the numbers for the nerf.
