i being decent. I've looked on internet and found Fizz
and such, but with all the ongoing patches, I'm not really sure who's good rn. Please lmk if I should just save for 6300 IP and get someone like Yasuo

Just pick one you like. You will get a lot of champs before you start playing well. Then you will decide who you want to main. Syndra is good one shot mage, but I feel like you want mobile champ. All assassins are extremely mobile. If you want mage assassin, just look through montages of Akali, Katarina, Fizz, Kassadin. Akali and Katarina are busted once you learn them. If you want to jump around pick Talon. If you want outplays, get Zed. If you want flashy things and cancer get Yasuo. If you want jungle get Kha Zix or Rengar. Just get what you like and enjoy playing.
