Take a second to remember, that the client can fail to remember Runes and masteries after clicking

Don't try and act like its just someones computer or their internet... We've all been there, You select and lock in your champion and then you select your masteries and runes and walk away from the computer because you're all done with your champion selection.

But, on this fateful day Riot decided that when you play graves you should have 24 ap and magic penetration. How does this happen? Why does this happen, i have made it my goal to confirm that everyone on my team during champion select has the right setup because of how sketchy the runes and masteries selection is!

So, now my question to you, Riot. Why does this happen and is there a fix in the works, Because this isn't something we expect from a multi million(maybe billion?) dollar company with its 62 million players, how is it possible to have this still be an issue 6 years past release?
