if we call a 15 minute ff in a 4 v 5, we should only need 2 or 3 people of the 4 to say yes.

This is ridiculous. Just played a game. Went 4 v 5 rage-quitting Shen support. The game could have ended 10 minutes earlier if we didn't need a unanimous vote in a 4 v 5 scenario. Especially miserable because Enemies like to prolong games to see how many kills they can get, effectively holding you Hostage for at minimum another 5 minutes that is if somebody on your team tries to call an early surrender before 20 which people always do for some reason.

There should be an algorithm or something for this that allows early surrender to not need to be unanimous in ranked games.
