Is the new wits end too good

Just curios because I played some games on the pbe as Jax and I was against and Irelia and she build deaths dance plus wits end and put healed everything I did to her. Not saying Irelia is broken but before new wits end came out she was not good at all and an ez match up for me but know she heals like crazy.
