So after seeing live what this rakan is i decided to ban him in the next game. Unfortunately rakan and xaryah both said "temporarily disabled" when i tried to ban them and they were also grey. Apparently not affecting the enemy to pick them both. Is this some kind of marketing strategy? Or what is happening here. Asked my teammates as well who banned before me, said the same thing.
