"Visual summoner levels", What do you think?

What I mean with visual levels is since the summoner level cap is 30. Would'nt it be pretty fun to be able to "Visually" level up to more than 30? No extra benefits or any rewards but just for the looks. I feel like that would be a pretty cool idea. What do you guys think? Cool idea or just a waste of time putting it into the game?
