Fizz's Ultimate

I think adding to Fizz's ultimate ability could be interesting. Maybe slicing the stats on his ultimate for level 1 and add a radius growth and damage for every kill Fizz gets with ultimate. So his shark or whatever could grow in size as it eats more I think that would be neat.
