Resrictions?

So about a month ago i had a 10 game chat restriction for being toxic in a few games. But that was long ago but it still says you are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions. I was wondering if this will this affect my end of season border.

I HAVE reformed and i have been for the last couple of months.
