3 minute delay spectatct 1 vs 1 ?!!!

ok so as the tittle said, the 3 minute delay in a costume game or spectate your friend play is understandable, however when it comes to a 1 vs 1 custom game why does it have to be 3 minute too? can it be decrease to 30 sec or 1 minute or less; because clearly that enough time to lose track of the game.

someone is running a 1 v 1 tournament and some participate, he stream the game in spectate and the tournament run over 9 hours due to some more feature, it too long to the point he join in the map and stream from there. but the view wont be the m as you spectate.

plz fix this !!!
