S6 Yasuo PD vs SS?
They're both pretty good. Which would be better in the pre-season though?
Also, should I max E or Q first on Yasuo? I usually go for Q, but...

I prefer shiv because its cheaper.
As for skills, you should always max e first. maxing q only gives a little bit more damage per rank. Its cd stays the same. Maxing e inreases damage, lowers cd, and reduces the time you have to wait before dashing onto a target a second time.
