Reasonable Nerf to Yi

I have played yi a few games and by few I mean like 6-7 times this season and season 5 combined. If you honestly want to nerf him I would recommend a simple ult nerf from a flat 75 sec cooldown to one that goes 100->80->65 so he isnt constantly spamming it the moment he gets out of base, and maybe nerfing how long it is up by 2-4 seconds.

Yi is a feast and famine champ so it is right that when he gets ahead he does very well or gets behind and does very poorly, but nerfing his ult time and duration is a correct nerf to tone him down in the early and mid game.
