As much as I hate seeing blitzcrank on the enemy team...

Hes very weak by himself (not with teammates) unless he builds legitimate full ap and abandons being tanky to rely on his Q actually hitting to potentially get a kill.

I'm not saying his q should be buffed in any way, god no, but I think the rest of his kit should. Example: give E a small ap ratio
