why rework Xin Zhao when XIn is the ez champion that doesn't need skill to play and now rework more powerful

Xin was outdated and broken. Prior to the rework he was very feast or famine. He was supposed to be a diver but he struggled a great deal after diving into the enemy team.
The only way he could be successful was by snowballing and getting extremely fed early, to the point that nobody could deal with him. Riot merely gave him the tools to succeed at his role without having to get extremely fed, number tuning comes next.
If numbers are an issue now Riot can tune them, but that's the whole point of a rework. Fix the mechanical problems of a champion so that they can be balanced effectively with number tuning from that point onward.

Wait, the way his numbers are tuned now, Xin is actually objectively weaker than pre-rework damage-wise, healing-wise, and attack speed-wise for the entirety of the early and mid game, and only slightly better in the late game. His win rates are dropping too, and not just because people are trying to get used to his new kit, but rather because his Q and E damages are down 44% on average. (Math: [(80/230)+(40/75)]/2)
Not sure why you think he's OP right now. He wasn't OP before his rework, and he certainly isn't now.
Was xin fanboy two weeks ago. Not touching again until the huns arrive. I mean he gets buffed
I don't understand how to deal with any Xin's, it seems impossible sometimes with a certain build. So tanky yet can melt champs in 3 hits and for some reason refuses to be killed. Bring up any numbers you like but honestly what me and ZzkimChizZ need is just a way to beat him or strategies, or atleast his weaknesses because it seems impossible at times. Thanks.
