I'm curious about a PRO/Casural mode option.

I've been playing league for almost a year now and in that time I've delved into all aspects of league (the boards, LCS, pro vlogs and streams, etc) as well as the community of the game. One thing I've noticed is the constant arguments consisting of changes made that hurt casual play to make the pro scene better or vice versa, in most cases the decisions that benefit the LCS win out even at the expense of casual players. MY thought (or more accurately my question) is wouldn't it be possible and better for the game if there where two different options to play league? I mean like an option to play a LCS oriented mode and a option to play a casual oriented mode. Maybe something like a selection settings menu asking "how would you like to experience League of Legends? option 1: For casual play option 2:For professional play?" And the game would load itself with that options patches and play style with the pvp being filled with the players that selected the same option. This way patches made for the Pro scene wouldn't affect casual players if they didn't want it to and would be turned off from the game because of it and the professional side wouldn't suffer changes that made the game more welcoming and friendly to casual players. i understand that it would require more work on the maintenance side of things such as having to work on two different modes such as patches, items, buffs and nurfs as well as deciding on what to implement for both modes. But i think that the benefits would be worth the extra work and costs of such a decision. Again I'm still relatively new to League so if this subject was brought up before or a decision on it made before I'm sorry for wasting peoples time, but i thought i should express my thought just in case the help the game I love playing. Any way if any Rioter could respond to this i would appreciate it, thanks.
