How to win fights in lane more.

I contantly go 0/x/x in lane and i never know when to cs and when to attack my opponent. they always just rush me and kill me. i try to out cs them but they still just rush me and i die. then when i have an attack planned out and i feel like i manage my abilities decently, they rush me and i die. i cannot for the life of me figure out how to not die every time i see an opponent. any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi fellow summoner,

when fighting an opponent, you should take in consideration some aspects such as:

  1. What abilities the ennemy currently have (abuse spells on cooldown) If the ennemy wastes their abilities on minions, then it might be a good time to engage, as they will most-likely have a smaller chance of winning trades. On your hand, DO NOT engage when your spells are on cooldown.
  2. How many minions there are You should probably not engage the ennemy while there is a lot of ennemy minions, as you will draw minion aggro. However it is often good to trade when the opponent gets minion aggro by engaging first.
  3. What champion are you against? Some champions are very good early/mid/late game and might kill you very easily. Know when your champ is at its peak and also know when the ennemy is at its peak.
  4. Itemization If the ennemy builds a ton of armor and you have no armor penetration, you should probably not fight.

If you are playing champs that are better lategame, then it's probably better farming up and trying to not fight :) The whole goal in killing your opponent usually is to trade with them while taking the less damage possible.

If you are looking for an active Club with a lot of nice and ressourceful people, simply ask me to invite you ^-^. Hope this helps!

Best advice is

  1. Go to Youtube
  2. Type in "LoL laning guide"
  3. Watch Vid
  4. Practice in lane
  5. Just watch Youtube vids of how to do certain things in lane or get better.
