Soooo.. Top tips ? (Help please !)

I (Try) play trundle a lot lately even do i watched a shit load of gameplay movies and read about every forum i cant seem to win my lane. I always get my ass handed to me espescially in ranked games. I topped renekton and rumble before alot but i wanted to top trundle as an extra option. I don't get what im doing wrong do i have all the builds and working on my ruin page. (I now have the standard 9 x AD Marks 9 x Armor Seals and 9 x Magic resist plus 3 times AD Qs but i now have 2 ad Q and one extra Armor Q)

I stick to the maxing and leveling and my masteries are how they should be but no matter wich champ i encounter i rarely win any fights against someone else.

I am truly at a total loss...
