Is this a thing?

So I might have found out something when your in promos to another division or rank. So here's what i think is the "thing" Normal Ranked Games you get paired up with people equally as good as you or near the same mmr. But once you're in Ranked Games into another Division or rank. The people you get paired up with have a tiny bit mmr less than you or they have are almost as good as you. Basically Normal ranked = Equal skill people Next rank / division = Lower skill people Now I'm sorry if this is what you guys think I'm just using to excuse my self out of my lost promos. But it sure feels like it does. Tell me If you agree!
