Don't get me wrong, I don't think Kha'zix is too weak or anything, but

Way back in the day, his E had actual damage attached and his W could be cast mid-E. Mid-lane poke kha with tear became super popular, and was determined Unfun abd removed from the game.

Now, I'm not convinced that the old poke-waveclear kha would even be particularly strong right now, but it's fine that it's not allowed. But, I think it's worth reconsidering his W can during E. It feels super clunky to lock him out of W for the entire duration of E.
