You've got 23 champs with a 0% win rate. Stop playing random shit. You don't have to 1 trick (although your win rate with yas ain't nothing to scoff at, you can keep climbing with 59%), but keep it at 3ish or less per role.

Your kill par tends to be really low on losses, even when your score isn't bad. Take notice of when your laner is showing up to fights well before you are, and try to be more proactive there. Sometimes not feeding isn't enough, you have to match your opponent.

Builds don't seem too out there (other than the nidalee and ezreal games >_>), so I'd guess your troubles are mostly gameplay decision making/macro play problems rather than cookie cutter op.gg obvious issues. (your cs is actually good on most of your games, sitting around 7. A bump up to 8ish would be good, but I don't think that's what's solely holding you back)
