Riot Give us a Yorick Rework Please!

I was looking at the update rotation and I noticed that Ryze is ahead of Yorick. In my opinion Yorick should be moved to the head of the line and be the next to receive a rework. Reasons being as follows. Firstly, Ryze has already received a rework, albeit not recently but a rework never the less. Secondly, Yorick was seen as such a bad champion that he was removed from the free champion rotation and there are no more skins to be released for him. Doesn't that mean that there is something glaringly wrong with him? Something that needs to be fixed right away? Ryze is not in the same situation at all, he has a plethora of players and skins. Of course his point and click snare may not be the best champion design but it is much more healthy than that of Yorick at the moment. Yorick's rework has been delayed numerous times and I can't help but feel this is just another delay. Please Rito, do Yorick fans such as myself a favor and rework Yorick ASAP, before anyone else. :) Thanks (:
