just windering riot

I was looking through items on the item sets page and noticed an item called the lightbringer. for anyone who doesn't know what that is that stats are:30 ad and 30 crit chance.it has 2 passives and an active.1st passive (no name written for it) says crits make enemies bleed for 90% of bonus ad as magic damage for 3 seconds and reveals them for duration. 2nd passive (trap detection) says nearby stealthed enemy traps are reveald. active (hunters sight) says a stealth detecting mist that grants vision for 5 seconds and reveals enemies that walk in it for 3 seconds. I know why this item wouldn't be in the game (its disabled on all playable maps) it sounds busted but why is it still in the item sets tool?
