A few AP change ideas
These were just a few ideas I thought of to create more diversity for AP items
_Death's Dance: I feel it is not fair that AD champions already have
and other life steal items to keep them alive. Plus, Death's Dance is just the best choice at keeping them alive anyway so these changes are to not only give AD champions more choices with survival items but to give AP champions a chance to build something defensive to stay alive other than
PS: Yes, I know the ingredient items should be AP based but I don't know what they could be so maybe someone else in the comments can come up with an idea.

Added: 80 Ability Power
Removed: 80 Attack Damage
Removed: UNIQUE - Instantly heal for 15% of all physical damage dealt. Area of effect physical damage only heals 5% for every unit affected.
_Luden's Echo: Back in patch 8.4 AP items were changed so
no longer was the first item mages rushed, however now that change has just gone back to where it started except now
is the item you rush first. This change is to make the item not be the obvious best choice for every situation or champion.

Mana decreased to 300 mana from 600 mana.
_Archangel's Staff:
and
both compete for the same job, to give mages who use up a lot of mana a way to not run out of mana. In the end Rod of Ages is the dominant item leaving
in the dust. The goal with these changes is to force mages to choose between a mana giving item that provides more damage or a mana giving item that provides more defense.

Ability Power increased to 80 Ability Power from 50 Ability Power

Ability Power decreased to 50 ability power from 60

Hextech Protobelt-01: Just like the battle between
and
,
and
both compete to help mages stay close to the enemy but they perform the same job. As a result, one just out competes the other so these changes are to give the two items different identities. One for a more defensive choice, one for a more offensive choice.
Ability Power decreased to 50 Ability Power from 60 Ability Power
Health increased to 400 health from 300 health
Added: 60 Armor
