Why are Riot Neglecting Diana?

In Season 6, Diana's only change was a bug fix to her skin & 1 slight buff to her E, Whilst Yasuo got 16 Changes all together, Mostly Buffs and Bug Fixes. She has so much good potential changes to her kit.

And the lack of buffs/nerfs aren't her only issue. What about Skins? She has 3 skins only whilst some newer champs have more. She has no Legendary/Ultimate Skins. Riot pls, I know you love your Lee sins and Your Yasuo mains, but there are more mains out there with champions that haven't had their champion babysitted in a long time.
