New Effect Targets are now grounded when in the burning trail.

New Effect Now reduces enemy champions 12/14/16/18/20 attack damage for 4 seconds up to a maximum of 48/56/64/72/80 AD reduction

R: Missile Barrage

Big One damage increased from 100% to 200% all ranks

Reasons: -By buffing the damage on his Q will allow to bully and poke champions to death and make them unable to trade with him and will allow to finally have a viable early game without needing to worry about scaling into the late game.

-By adding a slow to his Q will allow Comet be a guaranteed hit if you go Comet

--By adding a grounding effect to Special Delivery will allow to trap all enemy champions without a chance to escape and is forced to walk >through the burning trail to escape.

-By reducing enemy champions AD with his E will allow to survive against AD assassins and render them useless since they won't be able to kill him

-Increasing the Big One's increased damage by 100% will allow to be very bursty early levels
