What AP Glyph better for Janna?

I just got to buying Janna since I love playing her in the Free-To-Play last week and ended up even buying the Star Guardian Skin and getting an S rating in ARAM first game with her.

So my question is... Since her Shield and Heals are dependent on AP, would it be better to opt for flat AP or Scaling AP for Janna? Early game ADC would more likely be more about farming and harassing so the other wouldn't get as much farm so that would mean trading... But I have never been in any PVP even though of my limited experience that the ADC (sometimes me) have been killed pre-6 and the Scaling Glyphs break even at Level 7. Late game would mean more damage, also when my shield and heal would count more and my item set specifically is built around only getting AP concentrated items like Morelloconicon if my lane is ahead.

I've seen much articles saying that Flat AP Glyphs is better for Support :/

So yeh... Is Flat AP Glyphs or Scaling AP better on Support Janna?

Supports are generally fairly far behind in levels compared to the rest of their team, so scaling runes pay off far later than normal on them.

If you are set on AP Glyphs, use the flat ones.

Flat AP gives you better early lane presence, enabling your ADC to farm, whereas Scaling AP runs the risk of your ADC getting poked down while you are unable to trade even.

id say run magic pen reds, armor yellows, ap quints and cdr blues

but that is me

i also play janna with out ap runes and do just fine with windspeaker blessing and runic armor
