Small love tap for Singed please? :(

Please do not forget Singed in 8.22. He's played in just one role and currently his laning phase feels really bad. Right now he is terrible against fighters (to the point you lose a straight up post-6 fight to a Fiora while having a 2 lvls lead even is she misses parry on your E, which is absurd), meme-level trollpick in ranged matchups and, as far as tank matchups goes, he is bad against Sion too. He cannot use well the Precision tree for Conqueror because the Atkspd is irrelevant to him, and so is the AD from Conqueror. All of this while having a poor lategame too, at least if you compare him to Sion, Jax, Fiora... who have arguably a much more solid laning phase.

A small love tap to either his laning (base stats) or his scalings feels much needed. It does not need to be big. But please allow the best AP bruiser in the game to either reach that powerspike that he needs to be effective in teamfights via a more solid laning phase, or at least make that midgame spike harder.
