Seriously Riot?

I just looked at Rek'Sai's patches and I felt so bad, you always nerfed her? She's really weak right now, same with Kennen. And, you barely nerfed Yasuo? A Yasuo deals so much damage at lvl 3 with only Doran's blade. I really don't understand why you nerfed Rek'Sai, never buffed her, and you only nerfed yasuo's attack speed growth, buffed his attack speed and ult buff? Rek'Sai is one favorite, unique champion in my sight, but I can't do anything with her. Please, do something to get her back, nobody plays her anymore...
