SUMMONER'S RIFT SEASON MAP ROTATION

Hi, I just want to ask Riot is there any plan to adding season map rotation in Summoner's Rift(Autumn, Winter...) to EU Nordic & East part of the Server? I know that's available on NA and EU West so my question is why it isn't available on EU NE? It is a very cool visual upgrade and I think that most people would love seeing it available on EU NE too.
