The proposed Pd and IE changes are utter nonsense

Your literally killing off all of Yasuos game. 5k for IE? seriously? Do you not understand how much dedicating 5k gold for 1 item fucks a champion up? The 3k+ it costs now is rediculous when tanks and mages have items at like 2800, adding another 2k for the same results is mental to invest in. Target damage levels in this game, stop trying to fuck up items. Also no damage reduction in Pd? Seriously? Yea, don’t you dare. Im sick of being popped by the mental damage levels this game offers. Clearly the answer isn’t a shield I have Maw for that. Noty.
